Join the Club!
You must be 13 years or older to register for the club automatically. Children registering under the age of 13 must fill out a consent form (COPPA Act Release Form), have it signed by a legal guardian, and fax or mail it to us. This is required by law due to the Federal COPPA Act. The form will be sent to the email address submitted during registration and the account will be set to "pending activation" status. Once the consent form is received, the account will then be activated. NO ACTION WILL BE ALLOWED ON ANY ACCOUNT THAT IS IN PENDING. NO NAME ON AIR, NO BIRTHDAY EMAILS OR COUPONS WILL BE SENT.
Notice to Parents: As a legal guardian of the child, you can register for the club yourself and then add the child as a family member under your member account without having to fill out a consent form.
Notice: Duplicate memberships are
not allowed. Duplicate names and birthdays or names and email addresses will be
deleted from the system. There is only one membership allowed per person. You
can add family members to your membership, but duplicate same person
memberships are not accepted.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: All registration information along with any required release forms must be entered or received
TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR BIRTHDAY to be included in our on-air listing.
**IF YOU DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO A PERSONAL COMPUTER, YOU CAN USE THE PUBLIC COMPUTERS AT YOUR LOCAL LIBRARY. OR YOU CAN HAVE SOMEONE ELSE REGISTER FOR YOU. WE ALSO CANNOT ACCEPT PHONE IN REGISTRATIONS OR MAIL–IN REGISTRATIONS WITHOUT PROPER FORMS. DUE TO THE VOLUME OF OUR MEMBERSHIP, TIME AND MANPOWER DOES NOT ALLOW FOR US TO MANUALLY REGISTER FOR YOU.
